Management and Development for Health
Management and Development for Health (MDH) is a non-profit Tanzanian public health organization registered in 2009. MDH evolved from the Harvard-PEPFAR program and focuses primarily on public health service, and research.
MDH seeks to mobilize and engage a team of skilled, experienced and motivated Tanzanian professionals to address public health priorities through evidence-based and innovative interventions in collaboration with the Government, other partners, stakeholders, and communities.
MDH works with its collaborators to address key public health problems in Tanzania including HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria, and other communicable and non-communicable diseases, as well as Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child Health, and Adolescent (RMNCAH) health issues.

MDH operates across all 25 regions of Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar
MDH has stationed regional offices in over 50% of Tanzanias regions, supporting more than 573 health facilities. Our dedicated team of 270+ professionals work tirelessly to improve health outcomes for millions of Tanzanians.
